In this flash report, following some clients’ requests, we take a closer look at what is going on with Bayer AG. Negative news flow continues to pile up. We think that the company is at risk of further rating downgrades. Given the risks, investors are not getting paid at actual spread levels. We would therefore assign a “sell / underperform” rating to Bayer AG.
