Following our recent publications on Bayer, in this flash report we look at the recent US appeals court ruling (Third Circuit), which represents in our view a significant win for Bayer/Monsanto in its Roundup weed-killer litigations. We believe that the market reaction to the news should be positive, at least over the short-to-medium term, and we therefore turn more positive on Bayer’s bonds.
